Cultural identity is not a given. In Brussels it is clearly noticeable that interculturalism is the only road to a more habitable society. This proposition is central in Identiteit en interculturaliteit. Identiteitsconstructie bij jongeren in Brussel (VUBPress) (Identity and interculturalism. Identity construction among youngsters in Brussels) edited by Bléri Lleshi and Marc Van den Bossche. Gie Goris (MO* Magazine) moderates the debate between Lleshi, Willem Schinkel (Erasmus Universiteit), Nadia Fadil (KULeuven) and State Secretary in Brussels Bruno de Lille (Groen!) (subject to change).
