Louis Paul Boon was born one hundred years ago and we celebrate his literary legacy with Boon!2012. Boon connoisseur Kris Humbeeck (UA) talks about the work and the life of Louis Paul Boon. Humbeeck runs the L.P. Boon-documentatiecentrum at the University of Antwerp. This organization publishes the Verzameld werk (Collected work) and is also working on an unrelenting Boon biography. It is said that his text file contains over half a million words; he will share a couple of them with the audience.
