The Antwerp lawyer, Christine Van Den Wyngaert, was sworn in as judge at the beginning of 2009 at the International Court of Justice in The Hague. A memorable moment, in view of the stress Belgium lays on international criminal justice. For many years she was a professor at the University of Antwerp and was once, even longer ago, a very talented folk singer. She will be talking to Bart Beirlant from De Standaard.
