Professor Wim van de Donk and Professor Jan de Groof initiated a seminar about the way EU member states have shaped the connection between religion and education. All keynote speeches are publicly accessible. Herman van Rompuy will give a speech on the 8th of September at 09:30 and Albie Sachs (Constitutional Court of South Africa) will also take the stand.
The keynote speeches are free of charge and publicly accessible. The closed sessions are on invitation only and are open for participants of deBuren univerCity.
The seminar is organised by the European College in Bruges, the Universities of Tilburg and Antwerp, and the European Association for Education Law and Policy (ELA), with support of (amongst others) the Flemish-Dutch House deBuren
