Radiobooks: Tjitske Jansen & Mark Boog Archive

The books

Sunday 3 December 2006 - 11.30

Passa Porta, A. Dansaertstraat 46, 1000 Brussels

There were twelve of them. Half were Flemish, half were Dutch. All were authors who wrote a radio-only story, exclusively for deBuren, but especially for your ears. On World Book Day (23 April), deBuren, in collaboration with the cultural radio station Klara, kicked off its first series of Radioboeken (Radio Books). For the first and last time, the writers read their stories, which will never be issued in print, at deBuren. This summer, Klara broadcast stories by Stefan Hertmans, Tom Naegels, Oscar van den Boogaard, Dimitri Verhulst, Kees 't Hart, Wanda Reisel and others.

That first series is still available as a podcast on this website. In autumn, deBuren and Klara will continue this successful joint project. The formula remains unchanged, but this time, the recordings will take place at the Passa Porta house of literature, on Sundays at noon.

Christophe Vekeman, Saskia de Coster, Mark Boog and Tjitske Jansen will read their new stories, and you are welcome to attend their 'live" readings.

05.11 - 11:30 Saskia de Coster & Christophe Vekeman
03.12 - 11:30 Tjitske Jansen  & Mark Boog
