The Vlaams Cultureel Kwartier (Flemish Cultural Quarter) wants to further the Flemish-Dutch cultural exchange. Leo Pleysier and Thomas Verbogt will be reading a Radio book. Pleysier debuted in 1971 and since then has written many, often prize-winning novels and short stories. Thomas Verbogt writes novels, stories and plays, is columnist at De Gelderlander and editor of the literary pop magazine, WAHWAH.
