Diane Broeckhoven is a journalist and author of mainly youngsters' books. Her novel, De buitenkant van meneer Jules was an international bestseller. Besides writing prose and writing for the theatre, Geertrui Daem is also a visual artist, actress and storyteller. Both authors have been awarded various prizes for their work.
