MER. calls itself a ‘Paper Kunsthalle’ and investigates the possibilities and the position of the book as a medium for the exhibition of art. During an encounter in the framework of 'PA/PER VIEW Art Book Fair' in Wiels, a panel will discuss themes such as the multiple artwork, reproduction and copyright and the transformation of the artistic, cultural and legal practice in the last decennia. With, amongst others Seth Sieglaub (NL), Daniel McClean (UK), Joost Smiers (NL), Luc Derycke (BE).
