The series ‘Het Vaderhuis | De Moederschoot’ (House of the father | Womb of the mother) includes discussions between academics and artists and is moderated by Dr. Henriëtte Louwerse (University of Sheffield). The encounters have a fixed outline: first short lectures, followed by a panel discussion and finally a debate with the audience. The third meeting deals with visual arts. Soheila Najand (president of InterArt) and artists Hadas Itzkovitsch and Monika Blok (A Soothing Song) will participate in the debate.
