David Van Reybrouck will give the fifth Multatuli lecture in the framework of the official Multatuli year. In this epistolary lecture he will ask Multatuli for advice about the contemporary problems of multiculturalism and (post) colonialism, with the focus on Congo and the ‘celebration’ of the Congolese independency. After the lecture he will talk to Tjeerd Bijman (Metropolis, VPRO).
